QUESTION 1: How do I take care of my Eubiq Power Track and adapters?
  • We recommend cleaning the Power Track and adapters with a soft, damp cloth using only water.
  • DO NOT wash the products.
  • DO NOT use rough cloths or wipes to wipe the Power Track’s surface, as this may cause scratches. For tougher stains, we recommend using IPA.
  • DO NOT drag the adapters along the Power Track.
  • We recommend adjusting the adapters’ position along the Power Track from time to time, to prevent the rubber flap from deforming.
  • DO NOT overload the Power Track. Please follow the maximum electrical load that our Power Tracks and adapters can handle.


QUESTION 2：Will you be able to install the power tracks for me?

We would love to! However, our Power Tracks are designed to be easily installed by anyone, so we have provided detailed instruction manuals or installation videos to guide you through the process.

QUESTION 3：Warranty

To summarize our warranty policy:

Power tracks purchased from our website come with a 3-year limited warranty, valid from the date of purchase.

Adapters and accessories purchased from our website come with a 1-year limited warranty, valid from the date of purchase.

The limited warranty covers only the functional parts of the power tracks and adapters. Cosmetic defects and damage caused by misuse are not covered under this warranty.

Customers who purchased products through our official partners and distribution channels shall submit warranty claims directly to them.
